Welcome to the BMS Service Division.
The BMS Service Division is staffed by highly qualified technicians and provides maintenance, repairs and service for Toshiba notebook computers.
We are officially recognised by Toshiba as a Procare Plus Service Centre.
The BMS Service Division
aim for an average turnaround time for repairs of 2-3 days.
Many products are serviced the next day unless parts are not in
stock in which case a 3-4 day turnaround can be expected.
Customers will be informed of the expected turnaround period after
initial assessment and updated if unforeseen delays occur.
Problems with equipment are often inconvenient
and sometimes an annoying experience. BMS staff pride themselves
on their courtesy and ability to deal with problems in a fast and
efficient manner. As an authorised Service Division we
are regularly audited on our quality of customer service and
successfully maintain a very satisfied customer base.
Our Service Division is staffed by experienced, vendor trained technicians who are continually updated on the latest products and procedures. So when it comes to servicing your products, you know it is in safe hands.
If you wish to book your notebook in to be serviced, please follow either of the following two methods:
For all warranty and out-of-warranty services. Drop your notebook into the BMS Service Division any time between Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM where we will book your notebook in for the next available service.
For warranty services only. Call the BMS Service Division on (08) 8413 9700 between the above hours and we will book a free warranty courier service to come and collect the notebook from you. Please have all the details of your notebook ready before you call, this includes the model or part number of the notebook, as well as the serial number.
