The
BMS Service Division is staffed by highly qualified technicians and
provides maintenance, repairs and service for most of our product
ranges. We are officially recognised by the manufacturers
as: Toshiba Procare Plus Service Centre, Epson Premier Service
Centre, Canon Premium Service Centre and Kyocera
Mita Service Centre.
The BMS Service Division
aim for an average turnaround time for repairs of 2 days.
Many products are serviced the same day unless parts are not in
stock in which case a 2-3 day turnaround can be expected.
Customers will be informed of the expected turnaround period after
initial assessment and updated if unforeseen delays occur.
Problems with equipment are often inconvenient
and sometimes an annoying experience. BMS staff pride themselves
on their courtesy and ability to deal with problems in a fast and
efficient manner. As an authorised Service Division we
are regularly audited on our quality of customer service and
successfully maintain a very satisfied customer base.
