Job
Description / Responsibilities:
- Advise customers on best products for their needs
- Maintain good regular customer contact and monitor customer sales
- Answer phone queries from customers
- Process customer orders
- Visit customers as required
- Keep abreast of new technologies and products
- Produce regular email newsletters to promote products to our customers
- Organise and run promotions and customer reward programs
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and maintain accurate ETAs
- Maintain good relationships with vendors
- Process purchase orders and maintain good stocks of products
- Work as part of a team in an open plan office
- Process new customer (reseller) applications
The is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday.
Training will be provided
